Wimbledon based property consultant Denisa Szemanova launches a new business providing a range of services for commercial investors, private buyers and renters.

Denisa  is an expert negotiator and has developed strong project management and training skills during her outstanding 15-year career working within private equity and UK real estate. In addition to her passion for matching clients with their idea homes Denisa is  devoted to assisting the elderly and spends most evenings helping out as an AgeUK carer.

Her passion in becoming an independent property consultant was ignited when as she saw a gap in the local market  for  services that provide clients with a bespoke marketing strategy crafted to the unique story of each home.

Denisa is now an associate of the Global Keller Williams real estate group –  our local property expert with a global reach! The team includes a range of experts  from architects, interior designers, solicitors and accountants who are on hand to advise  with property related queries.

The  Keller Williams team has outsold well established local agents several times across London, assisted many high profile names in the entertainment industry find their dream home and are retained by developers to search for development sites for their projects across the UK.
