Wimbledon Resident Wins Healthcare Leadership Award
Five individuals and an entire team from Trinity Homecare were selected from a county-wide selection of nominations as finalists at the Surrey Care Awards this year. After a stunning ceremony and due consideration of the strong selection of candidates the judges presented Claire Eaves with the Frontline leader of the year award.
Claire initially started work in social services, setting up Sheltered Accommodation across the south east before taking up her role at Trinity Homecare and has now been working in care for over 5 years. She sadly lost her father very suddenly at an early age, and this was her passion to care for others (to make sure everyone in her care receives the support she would have given her father if he had survived). Apart from work commitments Claire also has to care for her autistic daughter.
Since joining Trinity Homecare, Claire has developed and grown a dedicated team of Care Assistants to make a real difference to peoples’ lives in the Wimbledon, New Malden and Sutton communities. By enabling more people to remain living in their own homes, surrounded by familiar comforts and routines, Claire and her team ensure everyone in their care can access an enriched quality of life across the Merton Borough.
Claire faces many daily challenges, but she takes it all in her stride and is happy to go the extra mile for anyone who is in need. She treats everyone like a member of her family, a gem in the industry and a well-deserved winner. We are all delighted that Claire’s compassion and care have been recognised at the Surrey Care Awards.
Trinity Homecare’s journey started over 20 years ago when a husband and wife team founded a small care agency in Wimbledon. They wanted to make a difference to peoples’ lives and after all this time, this has never changed. They have developed their team and services to provide heartfelt care and bespoke support across Surrey (Visiting home care), the Home Counties (Trinity-managed live-in care) and England & Wales (Self-managed live-in care).
