Wimbledon Daily PRSS (WDP) competition terms and conditions. This page will be updated regularly.

Current competitions:

Win a pair of tickets for a unique evening’s entertainment at Merton Arts Space (Wimbledon Library SW19 7QA). The Jigsaw Players will present 6 string pieces matched to 6 wines & canapes. Proceeds towards free workshops and concerts open to all local school children. Competition begins on Weds 17th October 2018.

For a chance to win, enter by fulfilling the entry criteria on the competition post(s) on any or all of the following WDP social media pages by noon on Thursday 18th October:

• On Instagram – “like” the competition post(s).
• On Twitter – RT the competition post(s).

There are 2 tickets worth £60 to be won in total. 1 winner from all of those who have fulfilled the entry criteria above on any of these social media platforms will be selected at random.

The winner will be announced & contacted by Friday 19th October.

Wimbledon Daily PRSS’s decision is final.

There is no cash, credit or other alternative to this or any other prizes.

Data Protection and Publicity

By entering any TDP competition, you consent to your first name, photograph and basic information about you being disclosed on WDP digital channels or other media if you win any prize(s) under the competition.

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. By entering the competition, you agree that WDP may contact you in relation to the competition.

Competition winners will be contacted by WDP. You must provide accurate contact details on notification.

Liability and Indemnities

WDP does not accept any responsibility or liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising from:

- any postponement or cancellation of the competition

- any changes to, the supply of or use of the prize(s); and

- any act or default of any supplier, which are beyond WDP’s reasonable control.

WDP does not accept responsibility for any liability arising from technical incompatibility, problems relating to the internet, or technical difficulties of any kind.

WDP shall not be liable, whether in tort, contract, misrepresentation or otherwise for loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses.

By entering any WDP competition, you agree to indemnify WDP against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise as a result of the competition.

Jurisdiction

The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
